At Aptiz Solution, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of custom software development and design work, refunds are handled under the conditions outlined below.


1. General Policy

All payments made to Aptiz Solution are considered final and non-refundable, except in cases where the client qualifies under specific exceptions outlined in this policy.


2. Advance/Initial Payments

  • Advance payments made to begin a project are non-refundable once the project has been initiated and initial work has begun.

  • If no work has started and a cancellation is requested in writing within 72 Business hours of payment, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.


3. Milestone-Based Projects

  • For milestone-based projects, payments made for approved milestones are non-refundable.

  • If a project is canceled mid-way, only unused milestones may be eligible for partial refund, subject to review.


4. Service Dissatisfaction

  • If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us. We will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve your concerns.

  • Refunds will not be granted based on change of mind, shifting of business goals, or lack of internal approval after work has begun.


5. Eligibility for Refund (Exceptional Cases Only)

Refunds may be issued in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made in error.

  • Payment made but no work initiated and client cancels within 72 Business hours .

  • Project delay caused solely by Aptiz, with no response or delivery after multiple follow-ups (reviewed case-by-case).


6. How to Request a Refund

  • Project details

  • Payment proof

  • Reason for the refund request

Our team will review the request and respond within 7 working days.


7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to refunds will be governed by Indian law and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bokaro, Jharkhand, India.


8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
