1. Services Offered

Aptiz Solution provides digital services including, but not limited to, web development, mobile app development, software solutions, UI/UX design, and digital consulting.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide clear requirements, timely feedback, and necessary assets (content, logos, etc.) to avoid project delays.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the legality and ownership of the materials they provide.

3. Project Timelines

  • Timelines are estimated and may vary based on feedback cycles and external dependencies.

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late approvals or missing content) may result in adjusted delivery dates.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All final deliverables will be transferred to the client after full payment is received.

  • Aptiz retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Revisions & Support

  • Each project includes a limited number of revisions (as specified in the proposal).

  • Post-delivery support is provided based on the agreed maintenance terms or service-level agreements (SLA).

6. Payments & Invoices

  • Payments must be made as per the Payment Policy.

  • Work may be paused or terminated for delayed or non-payment beyond due dates.

7. Cancellation & Termination

  • Either party may cancel a project with written notice.

  • Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed, and intellectual property rights for unpaid work remain with Aptiz.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Aptiz Solution is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bokaro, Jharkhand, India.
